1) Are you able to service the major retailers?

We are able to service the major retailers on a daily basis with at least one load per day in to each of the retailer's depots.

2) Are you able to service the smaller cash and carry and independents?

All of these orders will be delivered within five working days following order receipt.

3) Do you have your own fleet of vehicles?

We currently have 140 articulated units and 8 rigid vehicles, however, we do subcontract up to 25% of our loads during peak periods with a shortlist of approved subcontractors.

4) Do you have any direct connection with the major retailers?

Boughey is the nominated consolidation centre for J.Sainsbury, Tesco Asda and Somerfield. Other retailers such as Waitrose and Morrisons often direct suppliers to Boughey in order to achieve the service levels they require.

5) Are you able to accept loose stowed containers?

Our intake arrives in a variety of forms, palletised, slip-sheeted and loose stow. We currently handle up to 55 loose containers per day across our 2 sites.

6) Are you able to manage Chep pallets?

We are one of Chep's largest UK accounts and are able to offer a complete pallet control management system.

7) Do you have any restrictions on when you deliver?

We deliver 363 days a year. Christmas Day and New Year's Day are the only days we don't deliver.

8) Do you have any equipment for re-packing?

We have a fully equipped packing room.

9) Can you deal with sameday orders?

Yes, we use a select number of established, sameday couriers.

10) Do you only deliver, or can you also collect?

We do both as we already collect a percentage of customers' stock for onward delivery and for storage at our Wardle and Deeside Depots.

11) Are you able to trace stock at all times?

Yes, we have a computerised stock location system.

12) Can you assist with the move to Boughey's?

We can arrange for any stock to be moved from your current provider using our own fleet.
