One of our latest clients is Plenish Drinks. Part of the Plenish company that also makes health drinks and milks, Plenish Drinks uses natural, plant-based ingredients in its products, making it “the easy plant-fuelled way to meet your goals”. The principal behind the cleanse is that it can rejuvenate your health, without having to resort to long-term treatments and special diets.      

Plenish is an award-winning drinks brand, whose mission is driven by the use of plants to maximise the health benefits and minimise our impact on the planet. Kara Rosen founded the company in the UK in 2012. She used her personal experience of ill-health to develop the power of plant-based nutrition and transform her diet and her health. While she was formulating her Plenish range, she learned of the huge toll that the modern diet heavy in meat, dairy and processed food takes on our bodies and also on the planet itself.

Based in Ladbroke Grove in London, the high-integrity products have been featured in such publications as the Daily Mail, Evening Standard, The Telegraph and Vogue. The Plenish Drinks range has been designed by expert nutritionists, to maximise plant-fuelled nutrition. The technology behind the range advocates that a cleanse is a great way to rest and restart your system in a short period of time. The products are 100% organic and in three-to-five days you can have a huge impact on your health, without needing to deprive yourself for months on end. There are three levels of cleanse – Level 1 The Beginner, Level 2 The Intermediate and Level 3 The Pro. There is also a Wedding Programme, which gets brides and grooms into shape before their big day, through a winning combination of the cleanse and 5:2 dietary programmes.

Plenish Drinks can be used for general wellbeing and also for weight loss. A cleanse lasts a short amount of time but has longer-term benefits for your body. The cleanses are certified organic, dairy-free, soy-free, gluten-free, vegan-friendly and are non-GMO (genetically modified organism). All the ingredients are also sustainably sourced, with the farmers it works with growing and harvesting their produce with the minimum impact on the Earth. They are available through a variety of outlets, including Sainsbury’s, Waitrose and Ocado, as well as via wholesale and online.
